Do businesses have good service after the initial sale?
Well, let me tell you what happened when I bought new tires from Ewers Tires, Jefferson City!
In May 2005, I bought new tires for our Pontiac Bonneville from Ewers Tires. We went on vacation a little later and had a great time. It was a good feeling driving on new tires with my family in that car.
After about 3 months, I noticed one the front tires seemed to be out of balance. I returned to Ewers Tires and they balanced it and did not charge me. Not too much longer they seemed to be out of balance again. I took them back, they balanced them again and rotated the tires. Within another month, they seemed to be out of balance yet another time.
When I took them back to Ewers Tires, Dick, Kenny, Bob and Mike took a look and recommended the tires be replaced. They felt it must be a defect from when the tires were made. They took my car in, replaced all four tires, and I was back on the road with new safe tires.
There was no hassle, no arguments, no strings attached, they just got ‘er done! To answer my first question, you bet they do if it is Ewers Tires. When they say, “If it isn’t right they will make it right” They mean just exactly that, no excuses, just service.
