I just wanted to let you know how appreciative I am to the staff at your Dunklin Street location in Jefferson City.

My mother and I were on a day trip and started to have car troubles about a half-hour outside of Jefferson City. We pulled into their station and explained the situation. Although Ken was unable to get us in at that location, he made arrangements to take my car to another location (Missouri Boulevard location in Jefferson City) where it could be dealt with immediately.

So we would not have to sit and miss out on our planned activities, your staff drove us to the Capitol Complex. They were very pleasant and courteous.
